Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and behavioral standards expected of all individuals and organizations engaged in activities under the ULUDEF framework. It serves as a shared reference to ensure respectful, responsible, and professional conduct.
All participants are expected to act with integrity, fairness, and mutual respect, and to uphold the values of non-violence, inclusivity, and peaceful coexistence. Discrimination, harassment, abuse of power, or any form of unethical behavior is not tolerated.

Safeguarding Policy
ULUDEF is committed to safeguarding the dignity, safety, and well-being of all individuals involved in its activities, with particular attention to children, young people, and vulnerable persons.
The Safeguarding Policy establishes a framework to prevent harm, abuse, exploitation, and neglect, and to promote safe and respectful participation in all programs and initiatives. All activities are expected to be conducted in a manner that prioritizes protection, awareness, and responsibility.
ULUDEF adopts a zero-tolerance approach to abuse and exploitation. Any concerns or incidents related to safeguarding are expected to be reported promptly and handled in a confidential, fair, and responsible manner.

Ethics & Compliance
